Fees
Talking Therapies
- Face to face sessions are charged at the rate of £55 per therapeutic hour (50 mins)
- Online sessions are charged at the rate of £50 per therapeutic hour (50 mins)
- As much notice as possible is appreciated if you are unable to attend your session. To avoid any fees, cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice. All cancellations after this time will incur the full fee.
- The fee is payable 24 hours in advance by bank transfer
Mindfulness
- One-to-one sessions are charged at £55 per therapeutic hour (50mins)
- Eight-week group course £160 per person (Next course dates TBC)
- Introduction to Mindfulness Morning/afternoon £30 (Next class TBC)
- Drop-in sessions are charged at £8 per person
- The course fee is payable in advance by bank transfer. The non-refundable deposit (50% of the course fee) confirms your place on the course. Once you have accepted this place the full fee becomes due one week prior to the course beginning and will only be repaid in circumstances where the course cannot run or has to unexpectedly finish before completion. Next course date to be confirmed.
Workshops
- Workshops vary in price depending on length and location.
- Individual details are usually posted on social media channel
- The fee is payable in advance by bank transfer or using an event platform. Once you have accepted a place, a refund will
only be paid in circumstances where the workshop cannot run or has to
unexpectedly finish before completion.
